Dutch: Mensen met NAH (Niet Aangeboren Hersenletsel) doorlopen een aantal stadia. Ontkenning, Rouw, Acceptatie, Frustratie, Angst, Boosheid, Depressie etc. Dit nummer gaat over deze mogelijke stadia, maar ook de hulp en steun van de omgeving. Zonder die steun is het proces van acceptatie en revalidatie zeer zwaar. Met de hulp is het terugvinden van de nieuwe ik een proces van Reclaiming Light, het omarmen van het nieuwe leven
English: People with ABI (Acquired Brain Injury) go through several stages. Denial, Grief, Acceptance, Frustration, Fear, Anger, Depression, etc. This song addresses these possible stages, as well as the help and support from the surroundings. Without that support, the process of acceptance and rehabilitation is very challenging. With the help, rediscovering the new self is a process of Reclaiming Light, embracing the new life.
